Claire He is a poet and speculative fiction writer enamored with longing, lost opportunities, and language. She is a student at Columbia University and a U.S. Presidential Scholar.Her work has been published in The Penn Review, Gigantic Sequins, and Eunoia Review and is forthcoming in Salt Hill Journal. An alumna of the Iowa Young Writers' Studio and Adroit Journal Summer Mentorship Program, she has been recognized by the Alliance for Young Artists & Writers, the Pulitzer Center, the National Council of Teachers of English, Bennington College, Ringling College, Hollins University, Polyphony Lit, the National Poetry Quarterly, and Bow Seat.
